Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule please email us at startsistersoflight@gmail.com within 72 hours of your scheduled appointment. Any appointment cancelled within the 72 hour time period will be refunded 50% of the cost of service. Any appointments cancelled within the last 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment will not be eligible for a refund. Missed appointments will not be eligible for a refund. Please see Code of Ethics page for Limitations in services. Violations of the Code of Ethics will cause the service to be immediately cancelled and a refund will not be given. By scheduling this service it is thereby assumed that Client has read the Code of Ethics and Limitations of Service Page.Â
