Code of Ethics

Limitations of Service
We do incorporate tarot/oracle cards into our readings for extra context and solidification of what we am already receiving. As such, we have incorporated a code of ethics that must be read and understood prior to booking. Violations of the code of ethics will cause the reading to be immediately cancelled and a refund will not be given.
Reading for minors and young people
We require all of our reading's clients to be at least 15+ years of age. If it becomes apparent during or before our session that the client is not of age, the reading will be terminated or cancelled immediately without a refund.
Third Party Readings
Whoever is sitting in on the session must be the person whose name is on the appointment information. If you would like to gift a session to someone else, we require that person be advised or informed as we require their consent and knowledge that we will be tapping into their energy as we prep.
While it possible that some messages that come through may represent the energy of someone else in your life, we will not answer any questions regarding the wellbeing of third parties. These questions could entail things like wanting to know how another person is feeling, what they are doing, etc. If a client insists on gaining insight on the feelings, thoughts, or motives of a third party not involved, the reading will be terminated immediately without a refund.
Medical Questions
While we might receive information regarding future children or child spirits that are around while we prep, questions surrounding medical issues will not be answered. This includes but is not limited to—pregnancy, fertility, future diagnosis, treatment outcomes, mental and emotional health, and weight loss. If you are experiencing issues with any of the above, please seek guidance from a medical or mental health professional.
Legal Questions
Questions surrounding legal issues will not be read on. This includes but is not limited to— courtroom outcomes, petty crime, law enforcement involvement, custody battles, and divorce. If you are experiencing issues with any of the above, please seek guidance from a legal professional.
Liability
Messages from tarot/oracle incorporated into our sessions are meant to provide context and solidify what we am already receiving from Spirit. They should not replace any legal, medical, mental, emotional, or other professional counsel. These services should serve as a guideline and insight ONLY and should not influence any large-scale decisions, be taken for literal translation, or at face value. Start Sisters of Light or Jordan Start and Natashia Start are not responsible or any actions taken by the client once the reading has ended. By scheduling a service it is thereby assumed that the purchaser of the service has read these terms and conditions. Failure to do so is not the responsibility of Start Sisters of Light.
Services are for entertainment purposes only.
Removal for Minor's:
We require all of our clients to be at least 15+ years of age without parental consent. Under the age of 15 must be completed under parental consent/legal guardianship. We determine capacity to consent under the Health Care Consent Act of Ontario, Canada. Please see our consent to service page for more information. If it becomes apparent during or before our session that the client is not of age, the service will be terminated or cancelled immediately without a refund. Services with a minor require legal guardian(s) to be present for all physical contact with the minor and per practitioner discretion may be required to attend additional consultation session with youth. This additional consultation is free of charge and information presented will be in an age approrpirate way.

Removal for Third Party:
While we understand watching those whom you care for or love being afflicted by spirit/entities, we will not complete a removal on an individual who we have not received direct consent from in order to do so. If you would like to gift a session to someone else, we require that person be advised or informed as we require their consent, and participation throughout the removal process as well as in post removal sessions.
If consultations or removals are scheduled under false pretenses or for the purpose of scheduling removal services for someone else, the service will be terminated immediately without a refund. If this comes to our attention at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled meeting, 50% will be refunded. These removals require preparation time prior to the session and prior to scheduling the session our practitioners are often impacted by the spirits ailing the host. Therefore our time/energy is value and to be compensated for. The only exception to this is in the event the legal guardian/parent is scheduling for their child/youth whom are under the age of 15.
Scope of Practice:
Our services are spiritual and intuitive in nature and do not constitute medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or other regulated professional advice or treatment. We do not provide diagnosis, therapy, counseling, or crisis intervention. Clients are encouraged to seek appropriate licensed professionals for any medical, mental health, or legal concerns.

Information received through removal session's should not replace any legal, medical, mental, emotional, or other professional counsel. These services should serve as a guideline and insight ONLY and should not influence any large-scale decisions, be taken for literal translation, or at face value. Start Sisters of Light or Jordan Start and Natashia Start are not responsible for any actions taken by the client throughout the entirety of receiving treatment support (ie: consultation, removal, post session support). By Scheduling a session and attending said session the client indicates that they are aware of this. Services for entertainment purposes only.
Psychological Responsibility:
Clients acknowledge that all spiritual experiences and interpretations are subjective in nature. We do not diagnose, confirm, or assert the objective presence of entities, attachments, or external influences. Clients remain fully responsible for their personal beliefs, interpretations, and any conclusions drawn from the service. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services at any time if a client presents with severe psychological distress, risk of harm to self or others, or circumstances that fall outside the scope of our practice. In such cases, clients will be encouraged to seek appropriate emergency or mental health support services.
No Guarantee of Results
We provide spiritual and intuitive services intended to support personal well-being. However, we make no representations or warranties regarding the effectiveness or outcome of any service, including the removal of perceived entities or attachments. Results may vary based on individual circumstances, and no specific outcome is guaranteed. By scheduling and engaging within service, the client indicates that they are aware of this.
